Relationships are the key to success in both career and business. A closer look at some of the most successful people from your neighbourhood to global brand names would actually reveal their ability to build lasting relationships as their most dominant trait. Many would say they were given a lucky break.. but how do they stumble across those breaks? Some are able to assess the potential value of a new relationship and have trained themselves in sustaining the relationship. People want to be with them, speak to them, they are even reminded of them subconsciously because of the nature of their interactions with them. Some people call this ability “charm”.
