After more than a decade in the American market, we can safely confirm that the Mini marque is anything but small. In addition to the already burgeoning Mini line-up, the engineers from the Anglo-German compact company have decided to make a 5-door version of their iconic Mini.
With the help of some expertly captured spy-shots by our friends from Autoblog.com, the world has gained a sneak-peak at Mini’s latest creation. As you can see, the hallmark of this next model seems to be the addition of real, forward-hinged doors, possibly as a more conventional alternative to the Clubman wagon which featured quirkier rear-facing sills. With this added emphasis on practicality, it seems that this quasi-Cooper has also added a few inches of length to the vehicle to help accommodate back seat-bound passengers.
